摘要
从黔产天麻 (GastrodiaelataBl )中分离得到 1个新的含氮化合物 ,命名为天麻羟胺(gastrodamine ,Ⅰ ) ,经波谱分析 ,确定其结构为双— (对羟苄基 )羟胺。除 β -谷甾醇和胡萝卜甙外 ,同时还分离鉴定了 3个已知化合物 :L -焦谷氨酸 (Ⅱ )、柠檬酸单甲酯 (Ⅲ )、柠檬酸双甲酯 (Ⅳ ) 。
From the tubers of Gastrodia elata Bl., collected in Guizhou Province, four compounds together with β-sitosterol and daucosterol were isolated. Their structures were determined as follows based on spectral data: gastrodamine [di-( p -hydroxyl benzyl) hydroxylamine, ](Ⅰ), L -pyroglutamic acid (Ⅱ), 6-methyl citrate (Ⅲ) and 1,5-dimethyl citrate (Ⅳ) Among them gastrodamine (Ⅰ) is a new compound, compound Ⅱand Ⅳ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
