摘要
以Wilson模型对碳酸二甲酯与甲醇共沸体系的汽液平衡数据进行了二元交互作用参数的回归,然后以Aspen Plus对常压-加压精馏分离碳酸二甲酯与甲醇的流程进行了模拟与优化,结果表明通过该分离流程可以实现碳酸二甲酯与甲醇的分离,所得碳酸二甲酯与甲醇的质量分数达到99.9%。
Binary interation parameter of vapor - liquid equilibrium data for dimethyl carbonate and meth- anol azeotropie systems is regressed by Wilson model, the atmospheric pressure and increased pressure distillation separation process of dimethyl carbonate and methanol are simulated and optimized, the result shows through this separation process, the separation of dimethyl carbonate and methanol can implemented, the mass fraction of dimethyl carbonate and methanol product achieves 99.9%.
