原子吸收石墨炉法测定尿液中锰

摘要 目的建立一种简单快捷地测定尿液中锰的方法。方法用1.50%HNO3酸化尿样,用原子吸收石墨炉法直接测定尿锰。结果锰在0~20.00μg/L线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 4,方法检出限0.3 0μg/L,回收率(92.00~104.00)%。结论该方法简单快速、精密度(三次测定分别为0.99%1.94%1.46%)和稳定性很好,可以满足尿中锰的测定。 Objective The aim is to establish a kind of methods that we could detect manganese in urine simply and quickly.Methods The method that we directly determine the manganese in urine is taking 1.50 % of sour urine sample, and then by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS). Results The manganese reveals a good hnear relation among 0 to 20.00 μg/L and the relevant are 0.9994.This method detects the limit that is 0.30 μ g/L and the rate of reclaim is 92.00 % to 104.00 %.Conclusion It is proved that this method is simple and fast with the better accuracy and steady, which could content the assay of manganese in urine.
