摘要
首次对我国几种腹属蛇类的 1 2SrRNA和Cytb基因的部分序列进行了测定。 1 2SrRNA基因片段序列结果揭示 :中介蝮有较大的种下分化。本文为蝮属蛇类的分子系统学研究提供了一些资料。
Sequences of 12S rRNA and Cyt b gene fragments of some species of the genus Agkistrodon were studied for the first time in the paper. Sequence analysis of the 12S rRNA fragments shows considerable intraspecific differenciation in Agkistrodon intermedius. The present paper provids some data for the study on molecular systematics of the genus Agkistrodon.
