摘要
目的描述长沙市护士卫生法律法规知识的现状和对卫生法律法规知识的需求情况。方法采取分层整群随机抽样方法,对长沙市15家综合性医院的797名护士用自编的一般资料问卷和护士卫生法律法规知识问卷进行调查。结果①问卷的内容效度指数(CVI)为0.78,重测信度显示5个分问卷的相关系数在0.878～0.970之间,总分的重测相关系数为0.977,说明问卷在总体上有较好的稳定性。②护士皆认为目前有必要学习卫生法律法规;想要学习的和与护士工作关系密切相关的卫生法律法规依次为护士条例、医疗事故处理条例、医院感染管理办法、传染病防治法、精神药品与麻醉药品管理条例;护士现有的法律知识获得途径最多的为发放知识手册,其次为新闻媒体、专题讲座、自学;认为对提高法律知识有帮助的方法依次为专题讲座、发放知识手册、新闻媒体、自学、其他。结论①从整体上来说长沙市护士卫生法律法规知识水平偏低。②参加法律培训的时间、职称、最高学历、年龄是影响护士常用卫生法律法规知识总分的重要相关因素,尤其是参加法律培训的时间;提示通过法律培训有助于提高护士的法律知识水平。
Objective To describe the current situation and the necessities of knowledge about health laws and regulation for nurses in Changsha. Methods Through stratified cluster random sampling, the data of 797 nurses sampled from fifteen hospitals in Changsha were collected by the selfdesigned general information and the knowledge questionnaire about health laws and regulations for nurses. Results 1.The content validity index （CVI） of the questionnaire was 0.78. The testretest reliability of the questionnaire showed： the correlation coefficients of 5 parts of the questionnaire were 0.878 ~ 0.970 and that of the total questionnaire was 0.977, which indicated that the questionnaire had good stability. 2.All nurses believed that it was necessary to learn knowledge about health laws and regulations, especially those closely related to nursing such as the Nurse Bill, the Regulations on Handling Medical Accidents, Communicable Disease Control Act, the Regulations on Prevention and Treatment Infectious Disease, the Regulations of Administration of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances. The existing ways to acquire knowledge about laws including released knowledge handbook, news media, lectures, selftaught and so on; other effective ways to improve legal knowledge of nurses were lectures, releasing knowledge handbook, news media, selftaught. Conclusion 1.The knowledge level of health laws and regulations of nurses in Changsha is lower in general. 2.The duration of participating in legal training, professional ranks, educational background, and age are highly related to the total scores of the questionnaire, especially the duration of participating in legal training.
