摘要 海军毁伤概率评估策略以分布式、互联协同仿真为核心,旨在构建一个能支持系统现场测试的毁伤概率仿真环境。该环境可以供作战测试与评估部队(OPTEVFOR)用于完成舰艇作战系统的测试与评估任务。美国海军已建立了基于高层体系结构(HLA)的毁伤概率评估测试台,供项目管理人员用于毁伤概率效能评估及组件开发,以降低舰船和设备的开发风险。这种测试台是毁伤概率效能评估的一个实际应用。本文将介绍海军毁伤概率效能评估方法以及评估测试台的具体工作实现。 A navy PRA assessment process strategy has been established, with distributed, interoperable simulations in a central role. Each new ship class will develop a ' PRA federation' that is supported by validation efforts using live test events. Each PRA federation development will culminate in OPTEVFOR accreditation for use in operational test and evaluation for the ship class. The navy PRA assessment effort has built an HLA-compliant PRA simulation testbed, to support risk reduction for ship and element program managers during PRA federation and federation component developments. The PRA testbed is a tangible application of PRA process guidance. This paper discusses the navy PRA assessment process, PRA testbed baseline implementation, and the associated PRA process standards and architecture specifications.
