网格低温换热器的实用性能测试 被引量:1

PRACTICAL PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS OF A WIRE SCREEN CRYOGENIC HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要 对微弱信号接收技术用闭式循环4.4K制冷机第一级主换热器所采用的金属网格低温间壁换热器进行了初步实用考核和换热效率测试。将其测试结果与模拟试验结果进行了比较,为闭式循环4.4K制冷机的第一级主换热器的热端温差的合理选取提供了依据。 The preliminary examination and heat transfer performance measurements of a wire screen cryogenic recuperative heat exchanger used for close-cycle 4.4K refrigerator which is used for weak signal receptive technics are conducted, The measurement results are compared with simulation experiment results.The basis for selecting the reasonable temperature difference at the hot end of the first main heat exchanger of close-cycle 4.4K refrigerator is provided.
