摘要
该文对定向凝固法生长Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 2212相超导单晶X射线衍射(00l)奇数峰和偶数峰进行分析,发现当用c=30.8进行指标化时,奇数峰和偶数峰具有不同的特点。表明可能存在c=30.8和c=15.4的互成倍数的两种相,单晶片实际上可能是两相的混合物。
From the analysis of odd and even (00l) peaks in the single crystal (about 4×3×0.0lmm3) of Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O 2212 superconducting phase prepared by improved Bridgman-Stackbarger directional growth, it is found that the features of the odd peaks are different from one of the even peaks, while the X-ray diffraction patterns are indexed with c = 30.8A .It is supposed that there are two phases, which are c = 30.80A and c=15.4A independently, with double corelation.Actually, the single crystal plate is a mixture of two phases.
