摘要
目的建立南战区军人症状自评量表(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)常模,为新时期军人心理学研究提供参考。方法对2011年南战区10 113名军人进行症状自评量表测评,与中国军人常模比较,并分析中国军人心理健康状况变迁的原因。结果 2011年南战区军人症状自评量表总分(122.34±36.70),阳性项目数(22.28±19.16),总分、阳性项目数及各因子分值显著低于1999年军人常模。心理测试异常的发生比率为23.01%,神经症发生比率为4.37%,在因子的阳性检出率中强迫症状检出率最高(11.88%),其次是躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁与敌对。结论南战区2011年军人心理健康状况较1999年明显改善,心理问题主要集中在强迫症状、躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁和敌对因子上,量表常模的时效问题值得关注,10余年前所建立的军人常模已经不能准确反映新时期军人的心理健康状况,建立南战区军人症状自评量表常模具有重要意义。
Objective To establish the norm of Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） in south China military command and provide reference for psychological research of Chinese serviceman. Methods A total of 10 113 servicemen in south China military command were tested by SCL-90 in 2011. The results were compared with Chinese serviceman norm. The reason of the vicissitude in Chinese serviceman were discussed. Results The total score of the surveyed servicemen was （122. 34 ± 36. 70）, the number of positive items was （22. 28 ± 19. 16）. The total scores, the number of positive items and all factor scores were significantly lower than those of the Chinese serviceman norm established in 1999. The incidence rate of psychological problems was 23.01 %, and the rate of neurosis was 5.13%. The positive detection rate of obsession complusive was the highest （11.87 %）, followed by somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility. Con- clusion The mental health status of the servicemen in south China military command is significantly improved in 2011 than that in 1999. The mental problems are mainly in obsession, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression and hostility factors. Attention should be paid to the timeliness of the scale. The norm established ten years ago cannot reflect the actual mental health status of the servicemen in the new period. Establishing SCL-90 norm of servicemen in south Chi- na military command is crucial.
