摘要
目的观察三伏灸治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的120例CVA患者,采用随机、单盲、平行对照的原则分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。治疗组给予三伏灸治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗,治疗1个疗程后观察患者临床疗效,治疗前后症状总积分、症状缓解及消失时间、最大呼气流量(peak expiratory flow,PEF)和1秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1),并观察治疗后1年内,CVA的复发情况,计算患者复发率。结果治疗组临床治愈23例,显效20例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率为96.67%;对照组临床痊愈10例,显效21例,有效19例,无效10例,总有效率为83.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);在症状总积分、症状缓解及消失的时间、PEF和FEV1上,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);在治疗后1年内,治疗组复发5例,复发率为8.33%,对照组复发20例,复发率为33.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论三伏灸能明显提高CVA的临床疗效,有效减轻患者症状,缩短症状缓解及消失时间,改善PEF和FEV1,减轻患者复发率。
Objective To observe the treatment effect Sanfu moxibustion on cough variant asthma （CVA）. Methods A total of 120 CVA patients were divided into two groups by a randomized, single-blind, parallel-group princi- ple, with 60 cases in each group. The treatment group accpeted Sanfu moxibustion treatment. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets. The clinical efficacy, the total integral of the symptoms, the symptom relief or disappearance time, peak expiratory flow （PEF） and forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1） were ob- served after one treatment course. The recurrence rate of CVA was calculated 1 year after treatment. Results In treat- ment group, 23 cases were cured, 20 significantly improved, 15 improved, 2 not improved, and the total efficacy rate was 96. 67%. In control group, 10 cases were cured, 21 significantly improved, 19 improved, 10 not improved, and the total efficacy rate was 83.33%. The efficacy was better in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0. 01）. The total in- tegral of the symptoms, the symptom relief or disappearance time, PEF and FEV1 in treatment group than those in con- trol group （P〈0. 01）. One year after treatment, 5 cases （8.33%） were recurrent with CVA in treatment group, 20 ca- ses （33.33%） were recurrent with CVA in control group, and the recurrence rate was better in the treatment group （P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Sanfu moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficacy of CVA, effectively allevi- ate the symptoms, shorten the symptom relief or disappearance time, restore lung PEF and FEV1 and reduce the recur- rence rate.
