摘要
按名义组分TlSn_xBaCa_3Cu_3O_7配制了Sn掺杂的一系列样品,以研究Sn对TlBaCaCuO超导体的超导电性的影响,用标准的四端引线法和交流磁化率法测量了样品的电阻转变温度,用X—射线衍射对样品进行了结构分析。
It is found that samples with nominal composition TISnBaCaCuO show superconductivity when x≤0.9, measured with four-probe methed and mutual inductance method. Samples microstructure were analysed by X-Ray diffraction.
