摘要
采用高T_C YBCO超导陶瓷块材刻制成的“大桥”结置于波导腔中,在液氮温区,施加本振信号(f_L=33.1GHz)与信号(f_S=33.35GHz),观察其混频效应。测绘出中频输出功率对结上直流偏置的响应曲线,并在频谱仪上对该中频信号谱线进行了观测。
Large bridge' junction made of bulk YBCO has been developed . In the temperature of liquid nitrogen, the response of mixer was obtained by applying local oscillating signal (fL = 33.lGHz) and the measuring signal (fs=33.35GHz in waveguide cavity. The response cure of intermediate-frequency output power by applying dc-bias on the juction was measured,and the intermediate-frequency spectral response cure was recorded by spectrum analysis.
