摘要
为了研制高T_c超导核辐射探测器,我们有必要对高T_c超导材料(我们用的是YBCO材料)对辐射及真空的响应进行研究,本文报道了连续谱可见光、激光(He—Ne,6328(?))、真空等对高T_c超导材料的影响,并给出了结果分析。
In order to fabricate high Tc superconducting nuclear radiation detector, it is necessary for us to study the influence of radiation and vacuum on high Tc superconducting material (the material we used is YBC-O) .This paper reports the influence of continuous spectrum light, visible laser (He-Ne laser, 6328A) and vacuum on I-V characteristic of high Tc superconducting big bridge junction.The results and of the experiments are given.
