摘要
观察了采用不同药物复合液行星状神经节阻滞 (SGB)治疗偏头痛的疗效。A组 (n =4 0 )采用利多卡因、B族维生素、曲安缩松 ;B组 (n =4 0 )除上述成分外加硝苯甲氧乙基异丙啶 (尼莫地平 ) 0 .4mg。结果 :B组的镇痛时间延长 ,疼痛缓解率明显增高 (P <0 .0 5)。
To observe the theraeutic effect of different drugs used in stellate ganglion block(SGB) on migraine, 80 patients suffering from migraine were randomly allocated into two groups. In group A STB were treated with mixture of lidocaine, vitamine B complex and txiamcinolone acetonide, while in group B nimodipine was also added. The analgesic duration and effect were measured by double blinded. The analgesic duration in group B was significantly longer than that in group A and the complete pain relieving percentage was significantly high( P <0.05) in group B.
