摘要
目的 :研究乳酸氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液对光、热的稳定性。方法 :将样品置于实验条件下 ,于指定时间取出样品 ,观察色泽 ;测定pH、氟罗沙星含量并进行分解产物鉴别。结果 :本品在光照和高温下色泽变深、含量明显下降 ,室温条件下稳定。结论 :本品应贮存于阴凉、避光处。
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of fleroxacine glucosi injection exposed to light and hot.METHODS:The injection was exposed to the light and hot.The content of fleroxacine was determined by UV,glocosi was determined by rotational analysis instrument,and the decompounds were analyzed by TLC.RESULTS:When the injection was exposed to light and hot,its pH,content of fleroxacine declined,and browncolor produced.When it was kept in room temperature place,its pH,content and color were stable.CONCLUSION:The injection should be kept in a cool,dark place.
