摘要
目的探讨肋骨原发性肿瘤和肿瘤样病变的外科治疗效果。方法回顾性分析本院2004年1月-2009年12月间收治的20例采取外科手术治疗的肋骨原发性肿瘤和肿瘤样病变患者的临床资料。结果20例患者经外科手术治疗后，均未出现呼吸异常，且未有死亡病例。其中有l例患者术后发生切口感染，给予相应的抗感染和局部换药后治愈。有2例患者术后出现胸腔积液和积气，给予相应的穿刺抽液和抽气治疗后痊愈。患者术后的平均住院时间为（12．0±5．5）d。术后随访3～5年，未有患者出现局部复发和恶变。结论肋骨原发性肿瘤和肿瘤样病变的外科治疗效果显著，值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the surgical treatment effect of rib primary tumors and tumor- like lesions. Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with rib primary tumors and tumor-like lesions taken surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2004 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results After surgical treatment,no breathing abnormalities and deaths of 20 patients happened.1 patient happened postoperative wound infection and cured by giving thecorresponding anti-inflammatory and local dressing,2 patients happened postoperative pleural effusion and product gas and cured by giving the corresponding puncture fluid and exhaust after treatment. The average hospital stays of the patients was （12.0± 5.5） days.No patients with local recurrence and malignant transformation happened in 3-5 years of follow-up. Conclusion The surgical treatment effect of rib primary tumors and tumor-like lesions is significant and worthy of clinical promotion.
