腹腔镜在胃癌中应用的研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 胃癌的根治性切除并减少手术创伤是当前胃癌外科的发展方向之一。微创外科的理念被引入胃癌外科领域,腹腔镜技术在胃癌诊断及治疗中得到广泛应用。随着手术器械的改进及对微创理念理解不断加深,新的腹腔镜技术如单孔腹腔镜技术、达芬奇机器人手术系统同样得到开展,腹腔镜下的早期胃癌治疗已成为标准手术方式之一,但腹腔镜手术对于进展期胃癌治疗的远期疗效,仍需要临床多中心大样本腹腔镜进展期胃癌手术的前瞻性随机对照研究来验证。作者对腹腔镜在胃癌中的应用研究进行了综述。
