胎球蛋白A与心血管钙化和心血管疾病间关系的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 血清胎球蛋白A是由肝脏合成并分泌的一种糖蛋白,广泛存在于血液循环中,具有丰富的生物学作用。众多研究发现胎球蛋白A与血管及心脏瓣膜钙化之间有明确相关性。不仅如此,研究还发现,胎球蛋白A与动脉粥样硬化性疾病(主要为外周血管疾病和冠心病)之间有相关性。作者对近年胎球蛋白A与心血管钙化和心血管疾病间的研究进展作一综述。
