六种评分系统在脊柱转移瘤患者预后评估应用中的价值 被引量：4

摘要 长期以来，有关脊柱转移瘤的治疗存在着诸多争议，关键在于缺乏客观量化的综合评估系统来指导治疗方案的制定，因此，Tokuhashi等[1-2]、Sioutos等[3]、Tomita等[4]、Van der Linden等[5]和Bauer等[6]根据自己的研究结果提出了各自的评估系统，试图作为治疗方式的选择的判断依据，评价的要素一般包括肿瘤定位、患者一般情况、脊柱外骨转移数量、脊柱转移数量、内脏转移及原发肿瘤病理类型、脊髓受压状态等。但这些评分系统在参数的选择以及各参数所占的比重上差异很大，本文针对目前临床应用相对广泛的评分系统结合文献结果进行综述，以求为脊柱转移癌患者的治疗选择提供一定的指导作用。
