摘要
目的 :观察神香苏合丸对狗冠脉流量及心肌耗氧的影响。方法 :采用在位心脏冠测流量法 ,狗 1 6只 ,分 3组 ,麻醉后行气管插管 ,行冠状静脉窦插管测定血流量 ,并计算每 1 0 0g心肌血流量。根据动脉及冠状静脉窦血氧差计算心肌耗氧量及心肌氧摄取率。然后分别给予生理盐水 2mg/kg ,为阴性对照组 ;麝香保心丸 54mg/kg(相当于推荐人用量 2 .7mg/kg的 2 0倍 ) ,为阳性对照组 ;神香苏合丸 560mg/kg(相当于推荐人用量 2 8mg/kg的 2 0倍 ) ,为实验对照组。给药组的灌胃容积与阴性对照组相同。于给药后 1 5和 60min重复测定上述指标。结果 :口服神香苏合丸及麝香保心丸可增加狗的冠脉流量 ,对心肌耗氧的影响不明显。结论 :神香苏合丸对心肌缺血具有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of Shenxiang Shuhe pill on the flow of coronaria arteria(FAC) and the consumption of myocardial oxigen(CMO) in dogs.METHOD:16 dogs were devided randomly to 3 groups,i.e. normal saline(NS) control,Shexiang Baoxin pill control and Shenxiang Suhe pill group.The drugs were administrated orally.The FAC and CMO were determinated with in situ dogs.RESULTS:Shenxiang Suhe pill group which administrated 20 times that of recommened dose for human beings increased the flow of coronaria arteria significantly(P<0.05),which was similar to that of Shexiang Baoxin pill group,but had no effect on the consumption of myocardial oxygen.CONCLUSION:Shenxiang Suhe pill is effetive in the anti myocardial ischemic.
