支气管肺泡灌洗在间质性肺疾病诊断中的临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 支气管肺泡灌洗（bronchoalveolar lavage，BAL）是一种经纤维支气管镜获取肺泡细胞和生化成分的广为使用且安全的方法．临床上主要用于协助间员性肺疾病（interstitial lung disease。ILD）的诊断。随着胸部高分辨率CT（HRCT）在临床的广泛应用及其对ILD的特征性显示．BAL结合HRCT已成为临床常规诊断ILD的方法。2012年．美国胸科学会（ATS）制订发表了支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）细胞学分析在疑似ILD患者诊断和治疗中的临床实践指南．进一步规范、指导了BALF分析在ILD中的临床应用。
