摘要
目的:探讨Eales病的治疗方法和疗效分析。方法:回顾性分析2009-01/2012-02在我院诊断为Eales病的57例110眼患者的临床资料。治疗方法包括药物治疗、激光治疗和手术治疗。结果:患者随访6mo以上,视力提高88眼,视力不变19眼,视力下降3眼。结论:针对不同时期的患者采取相应合理的治疗方案可以获得较好的效果。
AIM： To investigate and evaluate therapeutic effects on treatment of Eales disease. METHODS： A retrospective study was performed in 57 consecutive cases （110 eyes） with Eales disease during the period of January 2009 to February 2012 in our hospital. The treatment methods included drug therapy, laser photocoagulation and surgery. RESULTS： The follow-up period after the treatment was more than 6 months. The visual acuity was improved in 88 eyes, did not change in 19 eyes, and decreased in 3 eyes. CONCLUSION： The different treatments were found to be effective for Eales disease to some extent. Patients of different stage with appropriate treatment can achieve good effect.
