绝经后女性雌激素水平与老年性白内障的关系 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨绝经后女性雌激素水平与老年性白内障的关系。方法:实验分两组:对照(绝经后健康妇女)组、绝经后老年性白内障患者组。放射免疫检测法检测绝经后老年性白内障患者和对照组血清雌二醇(β-Estradiol,E2)的水平。结果:绝经后老年性白内障患者E2水平较绝经后健康妇女明显下降,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:绝经后女性老年性白内障的发生与缺乏雌激素有关,雌激素对白内障有保护作用。 AIM: To investigate the relationship between postmenopausal estrogen level and senile cataract. METHODS: The experiment was divided into two groups: control group ( postmenopausal healthy women ), postmenopausal senile cataract patients group. The β - estradiol ( E2 ) serum levels of postmenopausal patients with senile cataract and those of the control group were measured by radio immunoassay. RESULTS: The E2 levels in postmenopausal patients with senile cataract sharply decreased compared to those in healthy postmenopausal women, with the differentialexpression from the control group having a statistical significance (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION: The incidence of senile cataract in postmenopausal women is related to the lack of estrogen, and estrogen has protective effect on cataract.
