十二指肠空肠套管治疗肥胖症与2型糖尿病进展 被引量：1

摘要 肥胖症和糖尿病正在成为全球流行疾病，世界肥胖人口已达10亿，仅中国就有2亿。2011年全球糖尿病患者约3．66亿人，到2030年预计将达到5．52亿。调查显示2007至2008年中国糖尿病患病率高达9．7％，患者达到9240万。糖尿病及肥胖患者内科治疗仅能短期缓解及控制体重，不能阻止糖尿病的进程。而减肥手术方式复杂，并存在相关风险，应用受到限制。十二指肠空肠内套管（DJBS）植入术，能够弥补药物治疗和手术的缺点，是一项侵入性更小、成本效益更高的治疗肥胖症及糖尿病的新技术。本文对DJBS植入术的机制及应用等方面作一综述。
