摘要
目的 对比观察传统与新型免疫抑制剂对自身免疫性甲状腺眼病的疗效。方法 3 3例甲状腺眼病分别用糖皮质类固醇 (大、小剂量 )、雷公藤制剂或霉酚酸酯 (MMF)治疗 ,疗程 12～ 2 0周。结果 MMF组和大剂量糖皮质激素组有效率为 10 0 % ,其中MMF组显效比例高达 5 6。结论 MMF治疗甲状腺眼病疗效优于小剂量糖皮质激素和雷公藤总萜片。
Objective To compare the curative effects between the traditional and new immunosuppressants in autoimmune thyroid ophthalmopathy.Methods Thirty-three patients with thyroid ophthalmopathy were given glucocorticoid(higher or regular dose),tripterygium preparation,or mycophenolate mofetil(MMF)respectively.The therapeutic coures lasted for 12 to 20 weeks.Results The effective rates in MMF group and in higher-dose glucocorticoid group were 100%,and the proportion of remarkable improvement in MMF group was 5/6.Conclusion MMF may be more effective than glucocorticoid and tripterygium preparation in regular dose in the treatment of thyroid ophthalmopathy.
