水葫芦有机肥对草莓产量和品质以及土壤养分的影响 被引量:4

摘要 通过设置低、中、高3种不同施氮量的水葫芦固态与液态有机肥(沼液)配合处理,研究了水葫芦有机肥对草莓产量、品质及土壤化学性状的影响。结果表明:草莓产量随着水葫芦有机肥施用量的增加而递减,处理间未达显著差异;各处理对可溶性固形物、还原糖、糖酸比等品质指标的影响明显,可溶性固形物随施氮量的增加而增加,处理间达显著水平;对Vc含量的影响不明显。水葫芦固液肥配施均能不同程度地提高土壤有机质、氮、磷、钾等养分含量,对后茬土壤的培肥作用优于对照。采用固液肥配施方法进行水葫芦有机草莓生产,建议使用低施氮量即464.4 kg/hm^2,以兼顾产量、品质及培肥土壤,也可节约用肥成本。 In order to provide the scientific basis of using water hyacinth as bio-fertilizer source, the solid and liquid fertilizers of water hyacinth were applied to strawberry production at 3 nitrogen doses and the combined application of both organic fertilizer fromlivestock and poultry and chemical fertilizer was used as control to study the effects of water hyacinth fertilizer on strawberry yield and quality and soil nutrients. The results showed that the strawberry yield decreased with water hyacinth fertilizer rate increasing but the differences were not significant among fertilizer treatments;Fertilizer treatments had obvious effects on strawberry quality such as soluble solids, reducing sugar and sugaracid ratio,and the soluble solids increased significantly with the nitrogen dose increasing The vitamin C contents among the treatments were not significantly different. All the combined applications of the solid and liquid fertilizers of water hyacinth could improve the soil nutrients such as organic matter, nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium contents, and their improving effects on aftercrop soil were better than that of the control. Considering the fruit yield and quality and soil fertility as well as fertilizer cost,it was suggested that the nitrogen dose be at a low level or 464.4 kg/hm2 when the solid and liquid fertilizers of water hyacinth were aoolied to organic strawberry production.
