口腔鳞状细胞癌microRNA参与p53调控网络的相关研究 被引量:1

摘要 p53基因突变几乎是各种肿瘤致病的关键因素,microRNA参与肿瘤的发生也已经被实验证实,目前关于口腔鳞癌中p53与microRNA具体的调控机制尚不完全清楚。本文就p53与microRNA存在的可能调控模式及口腔鳞癌p53和microRNA功能与表达方面的影响进行了综述。 Mutations in the p53 pathway are found in nearly all types of cancers.Numerous studies were undertaken to successfully provide evidence for an involvement of microRNAs in cancer formation.The connection of mechanism between p53 and the miR genes is unclear.The regulation patters and expression and function of microRNA and p53 genes in oral squamous cell carcinoma is summarized here.
