摘要
目的:转铁蛋白受体是机体介导铁代谢的重要蛋白质分子。在铁的运输、转化和利用中起着关键作用。由于在人体不同的恶性肿瘤细胞表面转铁蛋白受体均呈现过度表达,因此它已成为肿瘤分子靶向治疗的重要靶点。转铁蛋白可以作为药物载体参与各种肿瘤的治疗。本文就转铁蛋白-转铁蛋白受体在乳腺癌靶向治疗中的应用做一综述。
Objective：Transferrin receptor is an important protein molecule in the body which mediates iron metabolism.It plays a very important role in the transport,transformation and utilization of the iron.Because on the surface of different human malignant tumors transferrin receptor all over-expressed,it can be a good target for tumor molecular targeted therapy.The transferrin may be involved in the treatment of various tumors as a drug carrier.This article reviews the advance in the application of transferrin-transferrin receptor in the targeted therapy of breast cancer.
