肾癌根治术后联合免疫治疗的临床观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察肾癌根治性切除术后联合免疫治疗的临床疗效。方法104例肾癌根治性切除术后的患者分为治疗组（A组）和对照组（B组），A组又分A1组及A2组。A1组36例术后予α-干扰素（α-Interferon，α-IFN）治疗；A2组33例采用白介素-2（Interleukin-2，IL-2）联合α-IFN治疗；B组35例未行免疫治疗。结果A组3、5年生存率均显著高于B组（P〈0．01），A1、A2组间3年生存率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但5年生存率A2组高于A1组（P〈0．05）。结论α-IFN联合IL-2免疫治疗应用于肾癌根治性切除术后患者疗效肯定，应用安全，无严重不良反应，值得推广。
