肾皮质化脓性感染28例临床分析 被引量:7

摘要 肾皮质化脓性感染临床少见,但为潜在致死性疾病,包括急性局灶性细菌性肾炎(AFBN)[1]和肾脓肿。儿童AFBN患者如能及时诊断和有效治疗,病灶可消失[2],否则可能发展为肾脓肿[3],以致发生肾疤痕[4]。因本病少见且临床症状不典型,常被误诊误治,延误病情,增加患者负担,
