肾皮质化脓性感染28例临床分析 被引量：7

摘要 肾皮质化脓性感染临床少见，但为潜在致死性疾病，包括急性局灶性细菌性肾炎（AFBN）[1]和肾脓肿。儿童AFBN患者如能及时诊断和有效治疗，病灶可消失[2]，否则可能发展为肾脓肿[3]，以致发生肾疤痕[4]。因本病少见且临床症状不典型，常被误诊误治，延误病情，增加患者负担，
