黑米和红米对兔主动脉脂质斑块面积和血脂的影响 被引量:38

摘要 为了研究黑米和红米是否有抗动脉粥样硬化作用及其可能机制 ,将 2 4只雄性新西兰兔随机分为 3组 ,每组 8只。饲含胆固醇 5 g/ kg,猪油 35 g/ kg,米粉 (分别为白米、红米和黑米 ) 30 0 g/ kg的混合饲料。10周后 ,由心脏取血后处死动物 ,摘取心脏、主动脉、肝脏和肾脏。测定主动脉脂质斑块面积、血脂水平。实验结束时 3组动物的心、肝和肾脏重量 (g/ kg BW)无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。黑米和红米组斑块面积显著低于白米组 (P<0 .0 5 )。血清中 TG、TC、L DL - C、Apo B和 Apo AI/ Apo B在 3组间没有显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,但黑米和红米组的 HDL- C和 Apo AI显著高于白米组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论认为黑米和红米可降低实验兔的主动脉脂质斑块面积 ,其抗动脉粥样硬化作用机制之一可能是通过提高 HDL和 Apo AI水平 ,促进胆固醇的逆转运 ,加速体内胆固醇清除。 In order to observe the antiatherosclerotic effects of black and red rice and to find out their mechanism, 24 New Zealand male white rabbits (average body weight 1 91 kg) were devided randomly into three groups (white rice, black rice and red rice groups). The rabbits were fed a cholesterol\|enriched diet (cholesterol 5g/kg, lard 35g/kg) containing 300g/kg white, black and red rice powder respectively. The rabbits were sacrificed 10 weeks later. The aorta was dissected and stained in 0 5% oilred\|isopropanol solution. The plaque area and total area of aorta were measured by an automatic image analyzer. Serum lipids were determined by an automatic analyzer. The results showed that the plaque area (% of total surface) in the black and red rice groups was significantly lower than that in the white rice group ( P<0 05 ). Serum TG, TC, LDL C, ApoB and ApoAI/ApoB were not significantly different among the three groups ( P >0 05). However, the concentrations of HDL C and ApoAI were significantly higher in the black and red rice groups than those in the white groups ( P <0 05). No significant difference was found between the black and red rice groups. It is concluded that black and red rice might be effective in reducing atherosclerotic plaques on the aorta of rabbits fed a cholesterol\|enriched diet. The effectiveness of black and red rice against atherosclerosis might be related to the high level of serum HDL C and ApoAI.
