摘要
目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定萘丁美酮含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱 :SpherisorbSiO2 ,流动相 :1,4-二氧六环 -环己烷 (1∶30 ) ,内标物 :β -萘酚 ,检测波长 :2 5 4nm。 结果 :萘丁美酮的线性范围 0 1～ 1 3mg·mL-1,r =0 9994,回收率为 10 0 3% ,RSD =0 2 6 %。结论 :方法准确、快速、简便。
Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of nabumetone.Methods:Spherisorb SiO 2 column(5 0 mm×150 mm,5 μm,Dalian Elite Co )was used with a mobile phase of 1,4-dioxane and cyclohexane(1∶30),β-naphthol was used as internal standard,and UV detector at 254nm.Results:The linear range of nabumetone was 0 1～1 3 mg·mL -1 , r=0 999 4 The recovery rate was 100 3%, RSD=0 26% .Conclusion:This method is accurate,rapid and sample for the determination of nabumetone
