摘要
对灌注膨胀水泥浆套管连接在纯弯和弯剪两种荷载条件下的试验和有限元分析研究。通过试验发现灌注膨胀水泥浆套管连接在静力荷载作用下具有较高的承载力并且具备较好的延性,在有限元分析研究中建立了合理的分析模型,得到了灌注膨胀水泥浆套管连接内浆体及内外管在外荷载作用下的应力分布情况,并与试验结果进行了对比,验证了分析模型的可靠性。
Experimental study and finite element analysis on structural performance of prestressed grouted pipe-to-sleeve connections subjected to pure-bending and shear-bending load conditions were carried out. Through the experimental study, it is found that the load-bearing capacity of prestressed grouted pipe-to-sleeve connections under static load can meet the requirements for steel members and good ductility was shown in the tests. In finite element analysis study, by establishing a reasonable analysis model, the stress distribution of prestressed grout in the connection was obtained.
