摘要
食品中农药残留超标严重威胁人类健康,建立快速、灵敏、高效的农药残留检测技术是当前重要的研究方向。食品农药残留检测过程中样品前处理是农药残留检测的重要环节。综述了近年来食品农药残留检测中的样品前处理技术(固相萃取、固相微萃取、超临界流体萃取、微波辅助萃取和基质固相分散萃取等)的研究进展及应用,并对食品中农药残留检测的前处理技术的选取和使用提出建议。
Increasing of pesticide residues in foods poses a serious threat to human health. Therefore, pesticide residues detection becomes a major project in foods produet management. Sample preparation technologies play an important role during the process of pesticide residues detection. This article reviewed major progress of sample preparation techniques, such as solid-phase extraction, solidphase micro-extraction, microwave aided extraction, supereritical fluid extraction, matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction, and their applications in pesticide residue detection of foods. This article also provided suggestions about preparation technologies selection and techniques notes for foods.
