摘要
对锥形喷嘴流场与复合喷嘴流场进行了仿真分析,分析了喷嘴参数对喷嘴气体流场速度和压力分布的影响。通过数值模拟分析得出结论,即复合喷嘴相比于锥形喷嘴减小了气流的波动,保证了加工过程的稳定性,更加有利于提高激光切割质量。
The gas flow field in the conical nozzle and the composite nozzle was simulated, and it was ana- lyzed the effects of nozzle parameters on the nozzle gas flow velocity and pressure distribution chart. Then the conclusion can get through the numerical simulation, which the composite nozzle compared to the coni- cal nozzle reduce airflow fluctuation, the stability of machining process can be ensured, and it is more con- ducive to improve the quality of laser cutting.
