摘要
文章合成了尿苷单磷酸锆载体,通过不同的磷脂介入方案,构建了四种尿苷单磷酸锆和脂肪酶的复合催化剂。测定了四种复合催化剂的组成、形貌、分散特性,并对其活力进行了评价。实验表明经磷脂修饰的尿苷单磷酸锆负载脂肪酶的复合催化剂比脂肪酶具有更高的活性。
In this paper, we synthesize zirconium phosphate carrier uridine and construct four kinds of uridine zirconium phosphate - lipase biocatalysts by the different phospholipids interventional programs. We not only determine the composition, morphology,dispersion characteristics of four kinds uridine zirconium phosphate - lipase biocatalysts but also evaluate the vitality of them. The experiment shows that the activity of composite catalyst which is made of the modify uridine monophosphate zirconium loading lipase is higher than lipase.
