摘要
研究了煤焦粒径、煤焦质量、N2流量、气化温度对伊宁煤焦水蒸气气化的影响。结果表明,随着煤焦变细、煤焦质量减小、N2流量增加、气化温度升高,煤焦的气化反应速率升高。对比了不同的气化模型,发现收缩核模型可以更好地描述气化反应,根据收缩核模型求取的伊宁煤焦活化能为163.11kJ/mol。
The size of coal char, mass of coal char, N2 flow rate and gasification temperature were analyzed for the effects on gasification characteristics. The result shows that with small size and low mass of coal chars, increment of N2 flow rate and gasification temperature the gasification reaction activity increases. Comparing different gasifica- tion model, retract model is the most suitable model to describe gasification reaction. The activation energy of Yin- ing coal chars is 163.11 kJ / mol using shrinking core method.
