Research on the Grafting Technology of Ulmus pumila‘Zhonghua Jinye’

摘要 为了延长中华金叶榆嫁接时间,减少春季嫁接压力,提高工程苗木的当年成苗率,以当年生地径粗度为0.8~1.0cm的白榆为砧木,在冬季搭建好的大棚内,采用不同的嫁接方式和嫁接时间进行中华金叶榆成活率的对比试验。结果表明:气温低于0℃以下时,在设施大棚内进行嫁接的方法,可延长嫁接时间,2月10日为最佳嫁接时间,且应用靠接的嫁接方法嫁接成活率达84.29%,显著高于切接嫁接成活率。 In order to extend the grafting time, reduce spring grafting pressure and improve the seedling rate for the engineering seedling of Ulrnus pumila 'Zhonghua Jinye' , taking Ulrnus purnila L. as tile stock that ground diameter roughness was 0.8-1.0 cm,the graft survival rate of Uhnus pumila 'Zhonghua Jinye' was contrast tested by different grafting methods and time in the greenhouse in winter. The results showed that when the temperature was lower than 0℃, the grafting method in greenhouse could prolong grafting time, February 10 were the best grafting time, and the grafting survival rate could reach 84.29% by the method inarching, the survival rate significantly higher than that of cut-grafting.
