摘要
纤维金属层板(FMLs)是适应对材料的新要求而产生的一种高性能轻质结构材料。本文制备出Ti/0°/Ti结构的Ti/APC-2层板并对其进行拉伸性能研究,分析其破坏失效方式,得到抗拉强度并将其与理论计算值对比,最后研究这一结构层板拉伸性能与测试温度的关系。结果表明:预浸料APC-2中0°方向的碳纤维对整个层板的最终抗拉强度的增强效果明显,整个层板的拉伸时效分为线弹性变形和塑性变形两个阶段,拉伸强度实测值与理论值具有良好的一致性且随测试温度的升高而下降。
Fiber-Metal Laminates ( short for FMLs) are a new kind of structural composites which have been successfully used abroad. In this paper,we prepared a novel fiber-metal laminate (FML)Ti/APC -2 based on a titanium alloy and APC -2 (carbon fiber-reinforced poly-ether-ether-ketone), then we tested and analyzed the tensile properties of the Ti/APC -2 FMLs prepared at 23% ,70% ,140℃ and 210℃. Tensile test is divided into two stages and it has shown that their tensile properties follow the predictions offered by a simple law of mixture approach, the tensile strength decrease while temperature rising.
