摘要
目的:探讨脑卒中患者的康复治疗的方法和临床效果。方法:选择我院收治脑卒中患者49例,在临床常规治疗同时给予康复训练、针灸以及电疗等方法多种干预措施。结果:所有患者经过综合治疗,完全康复21例,能正常生活和参与社会,19例能生活自理,9例患者需要他人照顾,生活不能完全自理。结论:常规药物治疗基础上早期多举措的康复治疗能够有效的提高治疗效果,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective：To discuss the methods and clinical effiicacy of early rehabilitation therapies given to patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods：49 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy treated in the hospital were chosen. All the patients were given the clinical conventional treatments; meanwhile, they received a few clinical interventions, such as rehabilitation training, acupuncture treatment and electrotherapy. Results： Having received multimodality therapies, 21 patients made full recoveries, and they could live a normal life and take part in social activities; 19 patients were able to look after themselves; 9 patients needed taking care of and could not live independently. Conclusion： On the basis of regular drug treatments, the early rehabilitation therapies can greatly improve the clinical efficacy and enhance the life quality of the patients.
