帕瑞昔布钠在术后镇痛中的应用进展 被引量：7

摘要 非甾体抗炎药（NSAIDs）通过抑制环氧化酶（COX），以减少花生四烯酸（AA）转化成前列腺素（PGs）等炎症介质，达到抗炎镇痛的目的，是目前疼痛治疗的常用药物。非选择性的NSAIDs大部分都是口服型药物，虽能同时阻断COX-1和COX-2，起到抗炎和止痛作用，由于对胃肠道、心血管、肾脏和血小板等的不良反应限制了其在术后急性疼痛中应用，并且对于术后恶心、呕吐以及不能口服药物的病人也不是理想选择。
