摘要
目的:制备参芍通络片并建立其质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对赤芍和葛根进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法对制剂中的芍药苷进行含量测定。结果:芍药苷在0.305μg～1.525μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.66%(RSD=0.27%)。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,含量测定方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To prepare Compound shenshao Tongluo Tablets and establish its quality control method, Methods：TLC was used to identify Radix Paeoniae Rubm and Radix Pueraviae,and HPLC was used to determine the content of Paeoniflorin in the prepara-tion. Results：The Paeoniflorin have a good linearity in the range of 0.305 μ g - 1.525 μ g （r=-0.9998）. Average recovery was 99.66%（ RSD = 0.27% ）. Conclusion：The preparation was simple and the content determination method was accurate, well-repeatable and could be used for quality control.
