摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定槐角丸中柚皮苷和黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:ZORBAXSB-C18柱,流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸(37.5:62.5);检测波长280nm;柱温:35℃。结果:柚皮苷、黄芩苷进样量分别在0.1012～0.7591μg(r=0.99999)、0.2050～1.5378μg(r=0.99999)范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为97.0%、96.4%,RSD分别为0.62%、0.66%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于槐角丸中柚皮苷、黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective：To develop a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of naringin and baicalin in Huaijiao pill. Methods：The analysis was perfoumed on a ZORBAX SB-C 18 column with MeOH-1%HAc（37.5：62.5 ）. Naringin and baicalin were de-tected at 280nm.The column temperature was 35 ℃ .Results：The linear range ware 0.1012 - 0.7591 μ g （r=-0.99999） for naringin and0. 2050 - 1.5378 μ g （r=-0.99999） for baicalin, respectively.The average recoveries of naringin and baicalin were 97.0% and 96.4%, and RSD were 0.62% and 0.66%, respectively.Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and which can be used for simulta-neously determining the contents of naringin and baicalin in Huaijiao pill.
