摘要
随着医学科学技术的发展 ,医疗体制的改革 ,我国医学检验将面临新的挑战。提高检验的整体质量和效率 ,应从五个方面着手 ,即 :整体质量和效率的保证需要全面质量管理 ;整体质量和效率的提高需要相应的配套措施和各部门的密切配合 ;建立质量控制体系 ,以工作质量保证结果质量 ;以质量和效率占领市场 ,在创新中求发展 ;加快人才培养 。
Along with the developemnt of medical sciences and reforme of medical care system, medical laboratory in China is facing new challenges. The following steps should be taken to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of medical laboratory: comprehensive quality control is needed to guarantee the overall quality and efficiency;relavant measures and close coordinations among the concerned departments are required;quality control system should be established to ensure outcome quality with work item quality; quality and efficiency are regarded as the key factor to share the medical service market and to develope itself by blazing new trials;training of personnel should be speeded up to bring up a group of specialists in laboratory medicine.
