摘要 为研究水稻田整埂机中箱体高速伞齿轮整体的力学特性,在SolidWorks环境下建立箱体高速伞齿轮的三维实体模型,导入Ansys软件并对伞齿轮整体进行结构线性静力分析,基于弹性力学的经典理论,求解并对齿轮轴部分进行三维结构拓扑优化。经对比验证,优化后的齿轮轴满足静刚度要求,为提高箱体高速伞齿轮齿轮轴部分的力学性能提供了参考。 In order to study the mechanical properties of the high speed gear cabient of the finishing agricultural ridger in paddy field, the three-dimensional solid model of the cabient was set up in Solidworks, the Ansys software was introduced and the Structure of linear static analysis was done. Based on the classical theory of elasticity, the solution was tried and the three-dimensional structural topology optimization was taken. Through the contrast test, the optimized model meet the static stiffness requirements, which provides theory ref- erence for the optimal design.
