摘要
游动芯头拉拔是制冷铜管生产现场中使用量较大的生产工艺,拉拔道次直接影响着TP2铜管材力学性能。本文通过实验和理论分析,研究了加工率对力学性能的影响,获得了随着拉拔道次的增加,铜管材抗拉强度、屈服强度与延伸率的变化规律。
Tube drawing with floating plug is one of the most important processes in the re- frigeration copper tube manufacturing. The drawing pass directly affects the mechanical properties of the TP2 copper tubes. Based on the experiments and theoretical analysis, the in- fluence of the Processing rate on the mechanical properties was studied. The change rules of the tensile strength, the yield strength and the elongation rate with the increase of copper tube drawing passes were obtained.
