蛋白激酶Cγ(PKCγ)亚型是PKC超家族中的一员,它仅分布于大脑和脊髓的神经元,它在磷脂酰丝氨酸存在下被钙离子和二酰甘油激活。PKCγ是重要的细胞内信号转导分子,它与慢性疼痛产生和维持密切相关。PKCγ参与大脑海马区的长时程增强的调节,其表达量的改变与再灌注损伤、肿瘤、白内障、乙醇成瘾等疾病相关。
Protein kinase C gamma isoform(PKCγ)is a member of PKC super family. It only distributes in brain and spinal cords. It is activated by claciumion and lipid diacylglycerol in the presence of phosphtidylserine. PKCγ is an important protein kinase molecule of inter-cell and is closely related to the maintenance of chronic pain. PKCγ plays a part in regulation of LTP and LTD in hippocampal brain. The expression of PKCγ in quantity is related to many diseases such as ischemia-reperfusion injury, tumor, cataract and alcohol addiction.
