摘要
目的探讨手术室护理安全管理的方法与效果。方法实施后组4230例手术运用对安全隐患进行识别、评估、控制、效果评价的程序,实施护理安全管理,并与实施前组3860例进行护理差错和患者满意度的比较。结果实施后组护理差错发生率明显低于实施前组(χ2=12.07,P<0.01);实施后组患者满意度明显高于实施前组(χ2=172.21,P<0.01)。结论手术室护理安全模式对降低护理差错发生率、提高患者的满意度有较好的促进作用。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing safety management mode in operating room. Methods Using identification, assessment, control and evaluation process for security risk, nursing safety management was practiced in the study group （4 230 cases）. The nursing mistakes and patient satisfaction were com- pared with those of the control group （3 860 cases）. Results The incidence of nursing mistakes in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （X2=-12.07, P 〈 0.01）. Patient satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （X2=172.21, P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Nursing safety management mode can reduce nursing mistakes and improve patient satisfaction.
