摘要 阿尔茨海默病是临床上最常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病之一,其疾病发生发展过程与多种病原体导致的感染具有密切联系。本文就包括单纯疱疹病毒1型、肺炎衣原体以及几种螺旋菌在内的几种与阿尔茨海默病发生发展密切相关的感染性病原体进行综述。 Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） is the most common kind of neurodegenerative diseases. Multiple pathogens are convinced to be involved in the development of AD. This article presents the research progress on the pathogens involved in the development of AD, such as herpes simplex virus type 1 （HSV-1）, Chlamydophyla pneumoniae and some kinds of spirochetes.
