摘要
阐述了江苏沿海一体化发展的理论背景,指出一体化发展是江苏沿海开发的现实需求,提出了一体化发展的四项原则:最优发展原则、公平发展原则、宏观调控原则、协调发展原则,在此基础上提出江苏沿海一体化发展的战略思考。
This paper described the theoretical background of integrated development in Jiangsu Coastal Area, pointed out that integrated development in Jiangsu Coastal Area was the real demand of Jiangsu coastal development, and put forward the four proposed integration principle：The optimized developing principle, the equitable developing principle, macro - control principle, the coordinated developing principle. On this basis, strategic thinking of integrated development in the coastal Jiangsu Province was put forward.
